Food Security Initiative
Our food security initiative—made possible by Jubilee Food Pantry and Trinity Church in Ware, among other community partners—provides assistance to SMVF who could use a little extra support with household staples (like peanut butter, bread, pastries, canned meats, fruits & vegetables, and dry goods). We work with organizations who specialize in food security to ensure SMVF in and around Ware have access to healthy food. Delivery is available to homebound members in certain communities upon request.
This program is available to all service members, veterans, and family members, regardless of service or discharge status. Interested individuals must register using the link below. Proof of service is required and may include photo identification, LES, or DD214.
Once registered, individuals will receive details about pick-up time and distribution procedures.
