Jennifer Baublitz, Executive Director
Jennifer Baublitz is the Executive Director of Homefront Strong, as well as an adjunct professor at Assumption University for the Human Services and Rehabilitation Studies and School Counseling Departments. Jennifer received her Master of Arts Degree in School Counseling as well as her Continued Advanced Graduate Degree in Resilience for Helping Professionals from Assumption University where she currently teaches courses in the Fundamentals of School Counseling, Theoretical Foundations of Resilience, and Building Resilience for Service Members, Veterans and their Families. Following a career in public education, her experience as a military spouse of over 22 years, coupled with her background in mental health and family supports, served as the catalyst for her work with non-profit organizations to create community-based programming to build resilience for the military and veteran population.
Jennifer is married to Master Sergeant Dedrick Baublitz, a veteran and Active Guard Reservist who has served with the 103rd Flying Yankees since 2003. Jennifer and Dedrick have two outstanding children. Email Jennifer.
Jenna Rahkonen, Treasurer
Jenna Rahkonen joined Homefront Strong in 2020 as a food distribution volunteer under the HomeFront Strong Connects program. She comes from a family with a deep legacy of military service, including her father who is a Vietnam Veteran, and her grandfather, who was a WWII veteran, which drives her desire to recognize those who serve. Jenna quickly demonstrated a deep passion for the work as well as an efficient and highly competent approach to nonprofit organization and began contributing through committee work and eventually as a member of the Board of Directors. In 2023 Jenna took over management of the food distribution and became treasurer in 2025 after the retirement of Paul Boynton, the father of SFC Christopher Boynton, for whom HomeFront Strong was founded in memory of. She was also recognized bu Country Bank as "WooStar" for her work with HomeFront Strong in 2023.
In addition to her nonprifit work with HomeFront Strong, Jenna is the is the co-owner of Northern Crane, LLC. and founder/President of Iron-Lift LLC in Monson, MA. Jenna serves on the National Small Buisiness Association Leadership Council and has recieved multiple recognitions and awards for her success as a young, woman entrepreneur.
